Aoraki Development Trust has positioned itself to be flexible to meet the needs of development and take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Essentially we are in place as a stand-alone trust to achieve maximum value from ratepayers’ investment in promoting economic development for the Timaru district. The primary priority of establishing a stand-alone trust was to obtain neutrality both locally and nationally.
